Coaching
During these sessions we will work together to develop a well-being plan that incorporates food as medicine and other lifestyle changes to help you become a healthier version of yourself.
Initial session $175
(Includes one of each)
Consultation Session-90 minutes:
Chinese and Ayurveda constitution assessment, health history intake, and map out of future health goals.
Integration Session-60 minutes:
Includes email communication between your Initial and Integrated Sessions, detailed well-being plan that includes resources, recipes, and healing journal prompts to help support your new lifestyle.
Follow up sessions $45
Each 30 minute Follow Up Session is tailor made and individualized for you, supporting you to create and maintain new health habits and next steps to support your new lifestyle.
Cooking classes
One on one cooking classes to help you cook for the season and for your constitution. Together we will create new and healthy recipes to help you heal from inside. Additional cost for food.

28 Days to a Healthier Cycle Program
A program designed to create a healthier menstrual cycle. This three month journey begins with a lot of guidance, gently easing you into a new way of seeing and experiencing your menstrual cycle. By the end of your third cycle you will be able to embrace the new you, really listening to your body with every month going forward.
3 month program | $399
Seminars and workshops
Available to give talks on various subjects such as; seasonal medicine, constitutions, food energetics, women’s health and much more. Available to small and large groups. Contact me for pricing details.
