28 Days to a Healthier Cycle Program

  • Get to know you and Personalized finding sessions

    90 and 60 minute sessions designed specifically for you. In each session we will spend time discovering who you are, what needs to be changed, and designing a program that comprises of discovering a new self-care routine that translates throughout your cycle.

  • 1st Cycle: New Beginnings- Clearing the mind and body of old habits

    Focusing on nourishing the blood, replenishing the Yin, JIng, and Blood, increasing energy with Yang foods, and regulating Qi and Blood.

    Two 30-minutes check ins, a 60-minute Cook Along, and a week of internal self-discovery is included.

  • 2nd Cycle: Discovering you- Developing new habits

    During this time you will be transitioning from my direction to learning to trust your own guidance.

    One 30-minute check in, one 60-minute Cook Along, and two weeks of internal self-discovery is included.

  • 3rd Cycle: Embracing the New you- your new routines

    During this time we will be focusing on you being on your own. We will have times to connect, but mainly this cycle is about you embracing the new you.

    One 60-minute Nature Walk, one 90-minute shared meal, and two weeks of internal self-discovery is included.
